High School Hours: 2 PM to 8 PM

The 23rd Annual Latin Jazz Summer Workshop and Concert Series is a two-week program for students ages 12-19. The workshop will be held at MacArthur High School Band Hall located at 4400 Aldine-Mail, Houston, TX. The curriculum includes master classes on instrument and voice, theory, improvisation, Latin jazz history, Latin percussion, music business, performance, music production/recording, and more. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of instruction offered. The workshop exposes students to diverse cultures by way of instructors, artists, music, and concert performances.
